Channel 4 presents this special programme to mark 30 years of ITV in 1985. A confusing mishmash of different styles and ideas, early Channel 4 did come up with some corker theme nights thanks to Jeremy Issacs’ guiding hand. This one, which also featured some other programmes from the time, has been oddly put together with a mixture of real and faked items, edited together more for fun than education. Nevertheless, there’s some great archive here. And some cringeworthy stuff.
