The Socialist paradise (ahem) of North Korea’s NCTV starts the day with a march. Literally a march. If you’ve seen much in the way of 1950s ITV daily start-ups, you’ll know that they can be a tad strong on the military ethos, full of suggestions of Empire and might. Really though, they’ve got nothing on North Korea.
