They are an improvement on ‘Oneness’ on the grounds anything would have been an improvement on ‘Oneness’.

The ‘Oneness’ lot looked like something the the losing team on ‘The Apprentice’ had come up with.

The new ones may be trying to be too clever for their own good. I understand it is supposed to be the same scene three times a day, although it isn’t always obvious, so therefore these brief glimpses of another time of day briefly interspersed with the main scene doesn’t always work. Most announcements are 15 seconds or so, with not a lot of time to be too clever with time shifts for a couple of seconds.

But better than before. 6/10.

“I understand it is supposed to be the same scene three times a day”. I see what you mean. Logic dictates they should have used these for BBC Three instead, then.
